  • Memberships are non-refundable. The value of the membership is based on a one year committment and full payment of the services offered. 

    Memberships can be put on a payment plan with a maximum of 6 payments. However, $100 per each extra payment needed, will be added to the price. (Ex: If you need the membership split up into 4 payments, then add $400 to the membership price).

    No bonus gifts will be given for any split payments. No exceptions.

    All payments must be made within 6 months of your Membership start date. NO EXCEPTIONS.

    Sessions included within the Membership program cannot be transferred to someone else. (I.e. you cannot split the membership with someone else). However, the Gift Certificates included as Bonus gifts can be given to whomever you like. 

    Should you wish to cancel your membership, you are free to do so, but any FULL price values that haven't been paid for services rendered will be due at the time of Cancellation. (Ex: If you want to cancel the membership after you've already done a session or two and used 15 retouched digitals from your package, then the full price of those two sessions plus the 15 retouched digitals would be due in order to cancel the contract)

    Any additional monies leftover that have been paid to us at the time of cancellation will be returned to you in the form of a Gift Certificate or Store Credit. NO EXCEPTIONS. There will be no cash value returns made.

    Any disputes over this Membership contract will be handled with mediation under the laws of the State of California, regardless of which state you reside in at the time of legal dispute.
